Mark McGrath discusses his children's baptism

Musician Mark McGrath, front man of Sugar Ray, is the proud papa of twins, Hartley and Lyndon, who were delivered in April of this year.
He writes on his blog for People.com that his father was more than excited about becoming a grandfather, but also asked whether his son was planning a baptism. McGrath hadn't really thought about it, but the more his father spoke to him about having one he realized it would be a wonderful thing.
The twins were baptized on July 18, and a loving reception followed where McGrath and fiancée Carin Kingsland where surround by their close family and friends, including his father whose health had been deteriorating since the children were born.
McGrath's father passed away August 7, and he's grateful that he was able to share that with his dad and fulfill one last wish for him.
A baptism party following the intimate ceremony would be the perfect way to celebrate religious rite of passage.
