Celebrities and their children celebrate on Rodeo Drive

It's not every day that the small children of celebrities get to attend fun events with their parents, but a party to celebrate the launch of Gucci's new children's collection provided them with the opportunity.
Women's Wear Daily reports that the Italian company threw a party at their Rodeo Drive boutique for celebrity moms and their little tykes. Guests such as Julie Bowen, Garcelle Beauvais and Jessalynn Gilsig were accompanied by their kids who were treated to a candy bar, face painting and star-shaped grilled cheese sandwiches. While the moms were shopping the children were coloring and playing.
Jennifer Lopez, who stars in ads for the new line with her twins Max and Emme, said she only agreed to do the campaign if her children could be involved.
"I wanted them to be a part of this, and if not, I just don't do it," she told the news source.
Another event where children and their parents both want to have fun is a first birthday party. As the adults mingle and eat cake, the kids are there to have fun too.
Festive balloons and confetti are essential, but try including a pinata too. Although the child may be too young to take a swing, they'll still love seeing all of the adults take a shot.
